My name is Dr Paul Workman

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and owner of St Albans Psychology.

I established St Albans Psychology because I am passionate about providing a service that delivers high-quality, evidence-based psychological treatments.

My aim is to offer a compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting people in understanding how their problems have come to be and collaboratively working together to find ways of resolving the issues that bring them to therapy.

Throughout my career as a Clinical Psychologist, I have gained expertise in working with people across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Alongside my clinical work in NHS services and independent practice, I also offer pro bono work for the Trauma Response Network (TRN) Charity, which provides support for people affected by mass trauma events (i.e. wars, acts of terrorism and natural disasters)
